Panos Ntouvos is a Doctor of Musicology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Diss. title: Georg Lukács’ Contribution to Musical Aesthetics). He is the author of the first extensive monograph on Lukács’ musical aesthetics (2023. Marxism and The Philosophy of Music. The case of Georg Lukács. Düren: Shaker Verlag). He has written scientific articles mainly on Marxist musicology and Aesthetics in Greek journals and has translated Lukács musico-aesthetic essay from The Specificity of the Aesthetic to Greek (Georg Lukács. 2018. Aisthētikḗ tēs mousikḗs. Athens: Topos Books).
